A tech talk titled “Innovate and Inspire by Tech Mahindra” was conducted for the V Semester Mechanical Engineering students at the Auditorium. The session aimed to provide valuable insights into SAP solutions and their integration with Tech Mahindra’s operations, while also creating awareness about the essential skills, traits, and learning paths required to build a successful career in leading technology companies.

The talk focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, helping students understand the relevance of enterprise technologies in today’s competitive job market.


Key Topics Covered

Mr. Satish Patnaik, drawing from his extensive industry experience, highlighted the significance of SAP solutions and explained how Tech Mahindra utilizes these platforms to drive innovation across various industries. He elaborated on how SAP systems integrate seamlessly with Tech Mahindra’s business ecosystem and how digital transformation is reshaping modern enterprises.

The speaker also discussed the future-ready traits and behaviours students must cultivate, such as adaptability, problem-solving skills, continuous learning, and hands-on experience with enterprise tools. Guidance was provided on learning paths and career opportunities in SAP and Tech Mahindra.

An awareness session on the SAP Learning Hub was conducted, introducing students to available resources, certifications, and structured learning plans. This segment offered a clear roadmap for students aspiring to explore SAP technologies and establish a strong foundation for their professional journey.
