The Department of Mechanical Engineering had organized an insightful expert talk on “Role of Supply Chain Management in Mechanical Engineering.” on 18/07/2024 for 6th Sem students.The session was delivered by Mr. Girisha B S, Vice President -Operations, M/s Onlineteksupport IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Mr. Girisha provided invaluable insights into the critical role of supply chain management in mechanical engineering.
The speaker elaborated on the technological advancements that are transforming SCM, such as automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI).
